Blueberry Birthday Dog Cake
Yesterday was Brantley’s birthday, and he had a bash. I spent a long time preparing this party! Now you can too for your little doggy kids b-day party! Remember to use only a dog-safe sugar, coconut flour is best for diabetic dogs (or to prevent diabetes), and organic peanut butter is always best.

Birthday Cake Ingredients
2 cups coconut flour
1/2 cup Swerve granule sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut peanut butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey
2 cups frozen blueberries
preheat oven to 350
Fold over and combine flour, “sugar”, egg, and peanut butter in medium sized bowl with a flat spoon until fully combined.
Add oil, extract, honey, and blueberries.
Grease a 6 inch round cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden light brown. Once done, let cool for 10-20 minutes in the refrigerator before applying frosting.
2 cups of Swerve confectioners “sugar”
2 tbsp of original coconut milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Cream sugar, butter, coconut milk, extract together until frosting consistency.
Fold in dye (you can use natural dye if you want).
Once the frosting is made, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
For extra color, sprinkle organic sprinkles on top, and a birthday number candle.
