   BLACKBERRY BANANA PEACH SMOOTHIE     1 CUP OF FROZEN (or fresh) BLACKBERRIES    1 TBSP OF PEANUT BUTTER    1/2 TBSP OF COCONUT OIL    3 SCOOPS OF ON PEACH AMINO ENERGY POWDER    1/2 SCOOP OF GOL PROTEIN POWDER    1/2 SMALL BANANA    1 CUP COCONUT MILK    1 CUP CUBED ICE    1/2 CUP OF WATER (if in need of more liquid, gradually add more milk or water)
