Becca Cosmetics Impression/Review PLUS Jaclyn Hill Collab Products
Becca Cosmetics and Jaclyn Hill Collab Product Review
So today I’m showing you a first look at my most recent haul (that actually was a gift! Love you BFF) xoxo
I have never used Becca Cosmetics products before and I must say the packaging is A+, the formula is so creamy (super creamy), and the pigments are definitely better than expected. For the Jaclyn Hill collab, I adored the creamy glow I got from both the blushes and Skin Perfector’s. Aside of the drama that we all know is involved with the Becca x Jaclyn collab, let’s dive in, divas!
From left to right in the first pic, I have the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette which has 3 Blushes, and 2 Shimmering Skin Perfector’s. (Blush left to right, Rose Spritz, Amaretto, and Pamplemousse), (S.S.P left to right, Champagne Pop, Prosecco Pop) then to the left is a single Luminous Blush entitled Foxglove, which is extremely pigmented by the way so use sparingly, and the bottom row is of 3 Blushes in Wisteria, Songbird, and Snapdragon.
Second picture features the round Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone, with the Becca & Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Eye Palette in Chardonnay, Champagne Toast, Cordial, Cognac, and Bordeaux. The round pink container is the most amazing under eye corrector, which is also by Becca as an Under Eye Brightening Corrector which comes in 0.16 oz.
What I love about the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette is the huge mirror and heavy container it comes in, which was definitely not cheaply made. I also love the contrast between the Pink Shimmer for Champagne Pop and the Light Gold for the Prosecco Pop. These glows can be used not only on the face, but I apply them to my collarbone and shoulder region for that added senorita glow. You can either use your fingers because these products are so creamy, or a wet sponge for application. I wouldn’t recommend a loose brush, as it may not give you the best effect. These lasted all day on my skin without any retouch, but I could not use the Pamplemousse as it was way too pink for my olive skin tone. UGH! However, if you have a neutral or cool undertone, the Pamplemousse might be right for you!
The eye shadow had only a little fallout, but not much at all. I wish they would have put a nice light brown instead of the pinkish Cordial, but that’s just my personal preference. Not a huge pink fan unless it’s done right, or super perfect in my book (AKA, The Little Book of Everything That Is Perfect by Faith’s Standards) *not a real book but you get the memo.
Other than that, I definitely give these products a #fogosafaith validated!
Now excuse me while I go wipe all of this glow onto myself like an Egyptian Goddess.
These products are all #FogosaFaith Validated!
