The Most of Herbs Omelette Recipe
Before you begin…
Make sure you have all of your ingredients! Without the proper ingredients you’ll just have scrambled eggs. No bueno!
whisk 3 eggs with all seasonings
heat pan on 3, melt butter
melt butter fully
make sure eggs have been whisked for at least 2 minutes
pour eggs into pan
make sure you thoroughly pour all eggs into pan
after the eggs have cooked for at least 2-3 minutes, add in cheese and mushrooms.
Now here comes the fun part. ;)
after the egg has cooked almost halfway, fold gently to avoid breakage. add butter by the tbsp to prevent burning.
Voila! You are done. I like my eggs cooked till they are slightly golden, but you can prepare this well before it turns golden.
Add croissant, julienne style yellow bell pepper, and drizzle with basil olive oil. Touch up with fresh or dry basil for added flavor. I drink watermelon kombucha, so don’t forget a probiotic drink for a healthy digestive system.
